Revised newspaper article #2 - Mark 10: 46 - 52

Beggar gets special treatment and regains vision.
A blind beggar named Bartimaeus regained vision on March 12.

One day, a man names Jesus and his fellow disciples were leaving Jericho to go to Jerusalem. Not a lot of people know his objective but one of the disciples, Judas said “We’re going to Jerusalem because Jesus is getting crucified”

When Jesus and his disciples was on the way to leave Jericho, a large crowd followed him and the beggar Bartimaeus realized that Jesus of Nazareth has come. “I was in that crowd and I know Bartimaeus very well, he’s my good friend, he was screaming for some reason, the crowd told him to be quiet, but he screamed louder, calling for Jesus.”

Then Jesus told his disciples to take Bartimaeus near him. “I’m not sure if I was hallucinating or not, but I heard and saw Jesus say, “What do you want” and the beggar replied “I want to see again” and Jesus just closes his eyes with his hands and said, “then see” and the beggar wasn’t blind anymore!” said one of the people in the crowd.

“After healing Bartimaeus, Jesus told him that his faith has done him well, Jesus is really truly amazing.” Said Bartimaeus good friend.

Then Jesus left and the crowd congratulated Bartimaeus. People say now Bartimaeus is not blind anymore he can work again.
